2024 At The Wilmslow Pilates & Wellness Centre 

Having taught at The Physio & Pilates Centre in Wilmslow for over 15 years I am delighted to be able to continue teaching in this beautiful studio space.

We have kept all that was amazing about this unique studio, in the heart of Wilmslow, and  added some additional classes, workshops and teachers so that clients can explore different approaches to their physical and mental wellbeing, most recently we have recently added Piyo™ Classes for those wishing to explore the joy of Pilates & Yoga fusion. 


We will continue to have monthly Sound Ceremonies run By Angela from Happy Hearts and these are proving so popular on a Sunday, that we are also now offering them on a Friday evening too.


We have also introduced A Pelvic Floor & Bladder Health Workshop, our first one in April 2023 was very well attended and again we are now running these on a regular monthly basis, and demand has been growing steadily. Our last two were fully booked weeks in advance.
